Romy Lecaplain has extensive experience in digital transformation and human factors engineering, having served as the Responsable Equipe Opérationnelle de la Transformation Digitale at Orano from 2021 to 2024. Prior to this role, they contributed to change management at EDF and engaged in human factors consulting within the nuclear sector. Romy gained research experience in sports ergonomics during internships and pursued a Master’s degree in Engineering and Ergonomics from INSA Hauts-de-France, graduating with high honors. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Sports Science and Performance from Université de Caen Normandie.
