Stephane Valour served as the DRH of the Business Unit Chemistry Enrichment and the DRH of the ORANO CE Tricastin site. Between 2014 and 2018, they held several roles at Orano, including DRH adjoint responsible for social relations and DRH of the Business Unit Recyclage, overseeing extensive operations and a significant workforce. Prior to this, they had a diverse background at Areva, where they managed human resources, pay, and social relations in various capacities across multiple sites.
