Saku Rantala

Saku Rantala is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering, particularly in the maritime sector. Currently serving as Manager of Group Manufacturing Technology at Oras Group since August 2021, Saku previously held the role of Manager of Project Management at Teollisuuden Voima Oyj from November 2019 to July 2021. A substantial tenure at Kongsberg Maritime spanned over a decade, where Saku progressed through various management positions, contributing to the development of azimuth thruster systems and leading projects in remote and autonomous technology. Earlier roles included Chief Design Engineer at Deltamarin and Chief Design Engineer at Rolls-Royce Marine, where Saku focused on azimuth thrusters.
