Mona Abbasi

Mona Abbasi is a seasoned Chief Experience Officer with extensive leadership experience in customer experience and market research. Currently, they serve as the Head of Customer Experience at Polestar and a member of the Charity Committee at the Jonas and Christina af Jochnick Foundation. Previously, Mona held significant roles such as Vice President of Brand & Consumer Experience at Electrolux and Head of EMEA Marketing Research at Ericsson. They have also contributed as a board member at Charge Amps and Oras Ltd. and have earned a certification in Driving Digital Strategies from Harvard Business School.
