S L is an experienced operations manager currently serving at Orascom Construction Industries (OCI) since October 2008, leading operational activities at Alico Egypt. As a business excellence manager for OCI subsidiaries, S L implemented corporate concepts in information technology, technical purchasing, and process improvements, driving cost reduction and enhancing service quality. S L also led the Lean initiative within the organization. Prior experience includes serving as manufacturing manager at PepsiCo, overseeing production and supply chain processes, and as engineering manager at Trane. S L’s career began as a quality engineer at Mercedes Benz EGA. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Maastricht School of Management and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Cairo University.
