Tom Lichti is an experienced professional in the field of observability and monitoring, currently serving as the Director of the Observability Services Group at Orasi Software since August 2022. Previously, Tom held the position of Senior Observability Consultant at Red Pepper Racing Inc., where Tom is also the President and Owner. Tom has extensive experience at Rogers Communications, spanning over a decade in various roles, including Manager of Monitoring and Tools and Platform Architect, IT Tooling. Tom has a strong background in managing monitoring infrastructures, particularly with Dynatrace, and has developed custom monitoring solutions for applications. Earlier in Tom’s career, experience includes roles at IBM Global Services and Lavalife Corp. Tom holds multiple certifications, including Dynatrace Associate and Professional, and has a diploma from Humber College.
