Robert Diffley

Robert Diffley has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Robert has held various positions in different companies, including Vice President of Information Technology at OraSure Technologies since 2019, Independent Consultant at ITI Consulting since 2018, and CIO/Vice President of Information Technology at Avantor from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Director in IT infrastructure and e-commerce at Avantor Performance Materials, Inc. from 2011 to 2014. Robert also has experience from their time at The Dow Chemical Company, where they served as a Senior Manager for IT Integration from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they worked at Rohm and Haas/Dow Advanced Materials, where they held various roles including Director of Development and Pricing Transformation Program, Senior Manager of Global IT Infrastructure, and IT Project Manager from 1996 to 2008. Robert started their career at Rohm and Haas as a Desktop Support Manager from 1992 to 1995.

Robert Diffley obtained a B.S. in Business and Finance from Mount St. Mary's University. Robert then pursued an Executive MBA in Business from Villanova University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in the Business Technology Leadership Program from Villanova University and in Project Management from Penn State University. Lastly, they hold an ITIL Foundation Certificate from the Information Technology Infrastructure Library.
