Tim Pollard

CEO and Founder at Oratium

Tim Pollard has a long and varied career in business, starting in 1983 as a Brand Manager for Unilever. In 1990, they became the Head of Strategic Planning, Research, and Deputy Marketing Director for Barclays Bank. In 1994, they were appointed Executive Director for the Corporate Executive Board. In 2006, they joined Peacemaker Ministries as VP Strategy, Distribution & Marketing. In 2010, they founded Oratium, where they currently serve as CEO and Founder. At Oratium, they have developed a transformative and systematic approach to message architecture, which is outlined in their book, 'The Compelling Communicator'.

Tim Pollard completed their MBA (Distinction) at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School between 1996 and 2002. Prior to this, they obtained a Ba (Hons) in International Marketing from the University of Greenwich between 1979 and 1983.
