Mike Smith

Mike Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Mike began their career as a Marketing Assistant at Tennent Caledonian Brewery, where they provided support to a key brand manager and assisted with various tasks such as organizing events and sourcing promotional merchandise. Mike then worked as a Financial Analyst at Quaker Oats before joining Biggart Donald (now BD network) as an Account Manager. In 1994, Mike founded Orb Group and became the Managing Director and Founder as well as a promotional merchandise specialist. The same year, they also took on the role of CEO and Promotional Merchandise Specialist at Sports Merchandise Global Ltd, where they successfully grew the business before it was acquired by a large American corporation in October 2017.

Mike Smith attended St Aloysius from 1976 to 1986; however, no degree or field of study is specified for this period. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Marketing at the University of the West of Scotland from 1986 to 1990.
