Brenna Swann's work experience begins in 2008 when they worked as a Human Resources Representative for Loblaw Companies Limited, a Canadian food retailer. Brenna then served as a Human Resources Administrator at General Dynamics Canada, providing support for HR tasks such as recruitment and benefits administration. Following this, they took on the role of Human Resources Advisor at Arnprior Aerospace Inc., where they assisted with recruitment, disability management, and health and safety coordination. Brenna then became a Human Resources Supervisor at Black & McDonald Limited, overseeing HR activities for the company's projects and operations. In 2015, they joined VIAVI Solutions as an HR Business Partner, providing guidance and support across various business units. Finally, they worked at ORBCOMM, starting as a Human Resources Manager and progressing to the role of Senior Director and then Vice President of Global Human Resources.
Brenna Swann has completed the Advanced Business Administration Program with a focus on Human Resources Management at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology. Additionally, Brenna has pursued a Bachelor of Human Resources and Labour Relations from Athabasca University.
