David Bryan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and consulting. Since June 2008, David has served as President and Owner of SET Development, LLC, while also holding the position of Director of Engineering. David's career includes a long-term consulting role at ORBCOMM, Inc. since 1992, and previous management of the Aerospace Group at The PTR Group from June 2000 to June 2008.
