David Roscoe

David Roscoe has extensive work experience in the engineering and manufacturing industry. David served as the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Manufacturing at ORBCOMM from 2015 to present. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President at SkyWave Mobile Communications from 1997 to present.

David Roscoe attended the University of Manitoba from 1983 to 1993, where they pursued a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Antenna Design.
