Ira Stern

Ira Stern has extensive experience in solution engineering and customer success, having held key leadership roles across various companies. At Sprint from 2005 to 2009, Ira managed a team of 53 solution engineers and directed efforts across multiple business segments to enhance sales and revenue. Subsequent positions include Senior Director at Mobolize, Inc., where Ira developed a sales/solution engineering team, and Vice President of Customer Success at both IntelliShift and Telular AMETEK, overseeing global customer experience operations and driving significant improvements in customer satisfaction and retention. Ira's experience also includes a directorial role at Nexlink Communications and a senior director position at Nielsen, focusing on sales strategy and client services. Ira holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida and completed the Executive Leadership Program at Duke University.
