Johan Pretorius

Johan Pretorius has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Johan started their career as a Teacher at Garsfontein High School from 1997 to 2002. Johan then moved on to ACMC Automotive as a Workshop Manager, responsible for budgeting, QC, and maintenance work from 2002 to 2007. Following that, Johan worked at Skygistics as a Key Account Manager from 2007 to 2013. Johan implemented strategies, maintained customer databases, and provided pro-active services. Currently, Johan is the Vice President of Sales - Africa at ORBCOMM from 2018, where they oversee sales operations in the region.

Johan Pretorius has a diverse education history. In 1983, they began their studies at Normaal Kollege Pretoria, where they pursued a Diploma in Education with a focus on Technical studies. Johan successfully completed this program in 1987. Following this, in 1993-1994, they enrolled at the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria to obtain a Further Diploma in Education, specializing in Educational Management. Moving forward to 2005, Johan attended Centurion College and achieved a Technical degree in Diesel Mechanic. In 2010, they undertook a Key Account Management Workshop at Abelusi Training Network.
