Maxwell Buccelli is a seasoned professional in contract management and legal operations with a diverse background in the technology and judicial sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Contract Manager at ORBCOMM since July 2024, Maxwell previously held roles such as Director of AI Solutions Architecture and Legal Operations Manager at TermScout from August 2022 to July 2024. Prior experience includes management positions focusing on contracts at Granicus and judicial roles at the Minnesota Judicial Branch. Maxwell earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota, completing studies in December 2018.
