Michael Mclamb has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michael currently holds the position of Director, Platform Reliability Engineering at ORBCOMM, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at CloudNine from 2018 to 2022, where they served as the Director of Information Technology, Manager of DevOps Engineering, and Senior Software Engineer. At CloudNine, they were involved in application optimization, troubleshooting user and application issues, and enhancing network security. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at LexisNexis as a Software Engineer, Litigation Software Support Team Leader, and Discovery Service Center Agent. These roles involved providing technical support, problem resolution, and telephonic support to clients. Michael also worked at The Pantry as a Help Desk technician, Store Manager in Training, and Assistant Store Manager from 2006 to 2013. Lastly, they served as a 31B Military Police in the Army National Guard from 2003 to 2009.
Michael Mclamb obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Johnston Community College, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2021, LAW PreDiscovery Certified Administrator Program and LAW PreDiscovery EDD Certified Program from Annie Oman, Manager Litigation Services Training and Consulting in October 2013, and HDI Support Center Analyst in January 2013.
