Michael Rask

Michael Rask is a skilled Hardware Design Engineer currently employed at ORBCOMM since June 2022. Previously, Rask held positions as an Associate Hardware Engineer and Hardware Engineer Intern at Clever Devices and gained valuable experience working on a Senior Design Capstone Project at Virginia Tech College of Engineering. This project involved designing a CubeSat system capable of predicting satellite attitude and location, utilizing various sensors and developing a navigation algorithm. Rask's earlier experience includes an Applications Engineer Internship at Clever Devices, where design and testing for transit electrical harnesses were executed, and a customer-facing role at Modell's Sporting Goods. Michael Rask earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2020.
