Joe Medlock

Joe Medlock is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at Orbex Group since May 2022. Prior to this role, Joe held various engineering management positions at Fluence Bioengineering from April 2018 to May 2022, including Senior Manufacturing and Process Engineering Manager and Manufacturing Engineering/NPI Manager. Joe’s career began at Flowserve Corporation as an Engineer/Buyer and Design/Quality Engineer, followed by roles at TECO-Westinghouse Motor Company as a Manufacturing Engineer and Procurement Engineer. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, earned between 2000 and 2004.
