Mark Harral

Mark Harral is a Principal Investigator at Orbia and currently manages a $400 million project for a LiPF6 production facility, overseeing government relations and ensuring project success. Previously, Harral served as VP of Commercial Development and In-House Counsel at Momentum Energy Storage Partners, where they developed energy storage projects across multiple states. Harral has held various roles in the renewable energy sector, including Director of Operations at the National Institute for Renewable Energy and Chief Executive Officer at Group NIRE, where they secured significant funding for critical infrastructure projects. With a solid educational background in Business, Finance, and Law from Texas Tech University and the Texas McCombs School of Business, Harral is an established leader in energy and environmental law.
