Daniela Waterson

Daniela Waterson is an experienced professional in customer service and client management roles, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service at Orbian since January 2020. Daniela has held several positions there, including Assistant Manager Customer Services and Client Services Supervisor. Prior to Orbian, Daniela worked at Capital On Tap as an Outsourced Client Manager - Collections and Client Support Officer, and at Justerini & Brooks as a Credit Controller. Additional experience includes roles at Louis Capital Markets and Capital On Tap in credit control and account management positions, alongside earlier work as a Client Service Executive at VAT IT. Daniela holds a degree in International Relations from the University of Westminster, completed in 2014.
