ORBIDRON delivers drone-based inspections for maritime and industrial assets, replacing risky, slow, and expensive legacy methods with a safer, data-rich workflow. Our multi-sensor UAV operations combine Ultrasonic Thickness Measurements (UTM), LiDAR 3D mapping, thermal and 4K imaging to produce pinpoint findings, digital twins, and class-ready reports—without scaffolding or rope access.

WHAT WE DO:
• Classification & statutory surveys (Initial, Annual, Intermediate, Special, Renewal, CAP)
• Pre-docking / pre-purchase condition assessments
• Rapid damage assessments (collision/grounding/structural failures)
• Known-condition monitoring & temporary-repair follow-ups
• Confined-space UTM with location-tagged readings in the 3D model

WHY IT MATTERS:
• Safety: keep people out of hazardous, confined spaces
• Speed: inspections up to 3× faster with up to ~80% less downtime
• Savings: fewer disruptions, no scaffolding, targeted repairs
• Evidence: high-resolution visuals, POIs, and measurements aligned to a 3D digital twin

OUR CAPABILITY HIGHLIGHTS:
• UTM payload for highly accurate thickness readings, geo-located in the model
• LiDAR-enabled 3D mapping for internal spaces and complex geometries
• Proven confined-space platform: collision-resilient cage, 16,000-lumen lighting, GPS-denied stability, modular sensors (LiDAR, thermal).
• Sample outcomes: 32 confined spaces inspected in ~2.5 days with extensive POIs; >600 UT measurements achievable in an 8-hour day.
