About Orbieon🪐

Every year, thousands of young Africans graduate — full of hope, potential, and ambition — yet find themselves asking, “What’s next?” With limited access to employment, practical training, or innovation-focused pathways, many become stuck in a cycle of uncertainty, underemployment, or inactivity.

In a continent with the fastest-growing youth population, unemployment is more than a statistic — it’s a lived reality. One marked by missed opportunities, untapped potential, and a lack of systems built to truly prepare and empower the next generation.

Orbieon exists to change that.

We are a mission-driven innovation platform equipping young Africans with the tools, skills, and confidence they need to become job creators, startup founders, and global contributors — not just job seekers.

Our approach begins with the engineering and technology fields because we believe these disciplines are at the heart of solving Africa’s most pressing challenges in different sectors such as infrastructure, transportation, energy, and sustainable development etc.

At Orbieon, we are building more than talent. We are building a movement.

One focused on innovation, impact, and a future where African youth don’t wait for opportunities — they create them.

Join us as we redefine what’s possible.
