Hongwei

Hongwei (Howell) Ma is currently the Associate General Counsel at OrbiMed, where they counsel on public and private investments, including early-stage venture investments. They coordinate with portfolio companies regarding deal structures and terms. Previously, Hongwei served as a Senior Associate at WilmerHale, representing life sciences and technology companies in various legal matters. They earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from The College of William and Mary - Marshall Wythe Law School, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, graduating in the top of their class.
