David Lockney

David Lockney, MBA, is an experienced executive leader specializing in supply chain, logistics, and customer operations. A retired Naval Officer, David has held various leadership roles, including Director of Maritime Customer Operations at the Defense Logistics Agency and Chief Logistician at the Naval Surface Warfare Center. David earned a bachelor's degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, along with graduating from The Executive Program at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. Currently, David serves as a Senior Program Analyst at Orbis Inc, where they provide expertise in defense acquisition and operational logistics.
