Earl Donnell

Earl Donnell is an experienced Vice President of Industrial Services at Orbis Inc, with a strong background in the Management Consulting industry. They founded and chaired the Corporate Production Resource Team at Naval Sea Systems Command from 1999 to 2007, developing key processes for Corporate Resource Management. Prior to their current role, Earl held various management positions at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, overseeing large teams and complex production operations. Earl holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and studied Business Management at the University of Southern Maine.
