Ty Qualls is a 23-year Navy veteran and an experienced Engineering Department leader, currently serving as the NAVSEA 05S Deputy In-Service Engineering Policy. With a proven track record in supervising Nuclear Propulsion plants, Ty has demonstrated skills in training, technical writing, and operational planning. Ty earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and holds a Master Training Specialist certification through the Naval Nuclear Training Program. Previously, Ty held various leadership roles in the US Navy, including Engineering Department Master Chief and Squadron 20 Main Propulsion Assistant.
