Jay Downs

Jay Downs is an experienced Director of Services, currently working at Orbis since 2025 and previously held various strategic and consultancy roles, including a significant position at the UK Prime Minister's Implementation Unit. They have a proven track record of leading large-scale projects, including designing a $7 billion Housing Infrastructure Fund that delivered 650,000 homes, and spearheading national health initiatives during the pandemic. With a strong emphasis on stakeholder relations and strategic advising, Jay has effectively communicated complex issues to C-Suite decision-makers, including advising the UK’s Prime Minister. They hold a Certificate in Advanced Leadership and Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA Honours in English Literature from Queen's University Belfast.
