Ben Sicklen

Ben Sicklen has extensive experience in security and business development across various high-risk environments. Holding roles such as Maritime Security Team Leader at REDfour Security Group and Operations Director at Black Pearl Maritime Security Management, Ben has demonstrated strong leadership and operational management skills. With a background in the British Army, including operational tours in Afghanistan and Northern Ireland, Ben successfully managed close protection teams and business development initiatives at multiple organizations, including Shore & Offshore Security Group and Securewest International. Currently serving as a Tech Business Development Manager at Orbis Protect and previously at Securitas Technology, Ben continues to leverage expertise in developing business strategies and maintaining client relationships.
