Jackie Case is the Head of Customer Operations Centre - Foxley at Orbis Protect, a position held since 2025. Previously, Jackie served as a Service Delivery Manager and held various roles, including Assistant Manager at Pets at Home from 2008 to 2016. Jackie obtained a degree in Residential Letting & Property Management from ARLA Propertymark and studied Law and English Literature at New College Swindon from 2012 to 2014.
