Phil Ferneau

Phil Ferneau has worked in the venture capital and investment space since 2002, when they co-founded Borealis Ventures and served as Managing Partner. Since then, they have served as a Board Director and Investor for Compass Therapeutics LLC (2014), Ankyra Therapeutics (2021), Amagma Therapeutics (2020), Ovation.io (2019), T-Cypher Bio (2020), and Orbit Discovery (2018). Phil has also held the role of Board Observer and Investor for Teckro (2018) and Investor for Adimab (2008) and Evox Therapeutics Ltd (2018).

Phil Ferneau holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, an A.B. in Government from Dartmouth College, and a J.D. in Law from the University of Virginia School of Law.
