Anna Humphreys

Anna Humphreys has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Test Engineer at Orbit Fab in 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Benchmark Space Systems from 2020 to 2021, where they had two roles: Design Engineer Intern and Master's Thesis Research. In these positions, they gained experience in satellite propulsion hardware, including assembly, testing, and research.

In 2021, Anna also worked as a Thermo-Fluid Lab Teaching Assistant at the University of Vermont, where they mentored undergraduate engineering students in the fluids lab.

Before that, they were a Senior Experience in Engineering Design (SEED) Team Member at Darn Tough Vermont, where they contributed to developing an automated solution for detecting defects in sock production. Anna also worked as a Design Engineer Intern at Flex-A-Seal, Inc. in 2019, where they focused on developing technical drawings and models for mechanical pump seals.

In 2018, Anna worked as a Waitress at Sweetwaters, where they gained customer service and multitasking skills. Lastly, they worked as a Martial Arts Instructor at America's Best Defense from 2012 to 2016, teaching various martial arts classes to children.

Anna Humphreys attended Franklin High School from 2012 to 2016, where they earned their High School Diploma. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Vermont from 2016 to 2020, completing their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Anna then pursued further education at the University of Vermont, earning their Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2020 to 2021.
