John Cosgriff

John Cosgriff serves as the Chief Executive Officer of UnitedHealthOne, a division within the UnitedHealthcare organization, since 2022, following a progressive career with the company that began in 2005. Prior roles at UnitedHealthcare include Chief Strategy Officer, Senior Vice President of Business Development, and various leadership positions in strategy and operations. In addition, John Cosgriff is a mentor at Techstars, where support is provided to entrepreneurs in startup accelerator programs, and serves as an advisor and investor for multiple companies in the space and technology sectors. Academic credentials include an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MPH from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, and a BBA (Honors) from The George Washington University School of Business.
