John Wrighthouse

John Wrighthouse is the Chief People and Reputation Officer at Orbit Group, where they lead HR initiatives in one of the largest housing groups in the UK. With a Fellow CIPD qualification, John has extensive international experience across various sectors, including retail and financial services, and has effectively managed workforce transformations for organizations ranging from 250 to 20,000 employees. They have held leadership roles in business turnaround and change management, emphasizing employee engagement and organizational performance. Previously, John served as Chief People and Communications Officer at Shell Energy and held trustee and non-executive director positions at prominent organizations, including the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association. John holds an MA in Employment Law and Relations from the University of Leicester.
