Ching-Ping Lin, PhD, is the COO and Partner at Orbit Ventures, where they currently oversee operations and strategy. Previously, Ching-Ping worked as a National Library of Medicine Research Fellow and Senior Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Washington - School of Medicine, focusing on pediatric inpatient medicine teams and community engagement in health sciences. They have held various positions including Senior Manager of HR & Operations at Dragon Aviation Leasing and Partner at SOSV. Ching-Ping earned their PhD in Biomedical Informatics from the University of Washington and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Peking University in Global Health.
