In their role as Managing Director of Ektron Europe Limited, they were responsible for Sales and Marketing, Professional Services, HR, Accounting, and Support for the European market. Ben also led Ektron's Midwest new business and account management sales teams.

Before Ektron, Ben spent 2 years as the Director of Sales at Refresh Software.

Ben Schilens has a Bachelor Degree from Questrom School of Business at Boston University. Ben's degree is in Finance and Operations Management. Ben was a part of the Wrestling Team from 2000-2004.
