Stuart Cavinato is currently the Head of Talent at Orbital, a UK-based FinTech company specializing in foreign exchange and cross-border payments. With extensive experience in the talent management sector, they previously held leadership roles at Modulr and Blenheim Chalcot, where they contributed to building successful digital ventures. Stuart began their career as an Associate Consultant at Michael Page, later specializing in recruitment for marketing and communications. They earned a Business Economics degree from the University of Leeds and studied Economics at Copenhagen Business School.
