Randy Segally

Randy Segally is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and maintenance operations. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Orbital Engineering, Inc. since October 2021, Randy previously held various leadership positions at United States Steel Corporation from 1988 to 2019, including RCM Area Manager for Sheet Products and Project Manager for Coke Operations. Responsibilities included developing and implementing reliability-centered maintenance processes, managing spare parts inventory, and overseeing maintenance technology initiatives. Earlier experience includes a Co-Op Engineer role at US Gypsum and a Millwright position at United States Steel Corporation. Randy holds a Master's degree in Manufacturing Technology & Operations from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University Northwest.
