Michael Pignataro has worked in various roles since 2014. In 2014, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at DEDC, LLC - Consulting and Commissioning Engineers, where they were part of an engineering team to design commercial mechanical and plumbing systems. Michael also performed load calculations, life cycle analysis, and energy studies. In 2015, they worked as a Sales Engineer at TouchCast, LLC, where they managed a wide variety of enterprise accounts, conducted live product demonstrations, and coordinated and managed the integration of TouchCast player and authoring technologies for enterprise clients. In 2018, they became the Director of Customer Success at Task Analytics. Finally, in 2019, they were promoted to Director of Customer Success Management at OrbitMI Inc.
Michael Pignataro received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware between 2010 and 2014, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering from the same university between 2010 and 2013.
