Michael Callahan

Michael Callahan is the current VP, E-Commerce & Customer Experience at Orbit. Prior to this, they were the Director of Business Operations at Bulletproof 360 from February 2018 to September 2019. Before that, they were the founder and CEO of Michael T Callahan Consulting from March 2015 to September 2019. Michael also served as the Head of Customer Service at Hulu from June 2013 to June 2015.

Michael has a proven track record in successfully helping teams navigate complex business challenges. Michael has helped many teams in a variety of industries, focused on customer outcomes. Michael has successfully helped retain customers in streaming services, adopting wellness programs and global implementation of Customer Experience practices.

Michael Callahan's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from New Mexico State University.
