Will's earlier career includes various operational engineering positions at Shell, where they managed multidisciplinary teams and directed complex engineering operations for shipping hazardous cargo worldwide.

During their time at Cambridge, their field of study included Private Equity & Venture Capital, Start-up Company Working Capital, and Project Finance.
