Ran Hammer

Ran Hammer is the current General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Orbs. Ran has also held the position of Vice President Of Business Development, General Counsel and Corporate Development, and General Counsel at Orbs in the past. Ran has also worked as an Associate at GKH Law Offices: Gross, Kleinhendler, Hodak, Halevy, Greenberg & Co. for 5 years. There, they were a part of the Hi-Tech and Venture Capital Practice Group and represented private equity and venture capital funds, strategic and individual investors, and technology-based companies. Ran has also worked as a Legal Research Assistant at the University of Haifa, Faculty of Law, and as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Haifa. Prior to their work in the legal field, Ran worked in sales at Hammer (WCS Software Provider) for 5 years and Rikushet for 4 years 3 months.

Ran Hammer has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Haifa, which they obtained between 2009 and 2013. Ran also has an education from Leo Baeck High School, which they attended from 2001 to 2004.
