Stephen Parsons

Stephen Parsons has a strong background in software engineering, with experience in various leadership roles. Stephen started their career in 2008 as a Software Engineer at HomeServe. In 2010, they joined TRO as a Software Engineer and later moved on to Orbus Software in 2011. At Orbus Software, they progressed to become a Software Development Team Lead, then a Software Development Manager, and currently serves as the Head of Software Engineering.

Stephen Parsons has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of East Anglia. Stephen also holds a Master of Science by Research degree in Computer Science from the same university. In addition to their formal education, Stephen has obtained several certifications related to Scrum methodology. Stephen is a Certified Scrum Professional®-ScrumMaster, an Advanced Certified Scrum Developer, a Certified ScrumDeveloper® (CSD®), a Certified Scrum Professional®-Developer, and a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®). Stephen obtained these certifications from the Scrum Alliance, with their most recent being the Certified Scrum Professional®-ScrumMaster certification in December 2017.
