Jonathan Martin

Jonathan is currently working as a Service Desk Manager at Orca, bringing with him a wealth of experience from their previous role as Service Relationship Manager at Cegedim Rx. Prior to this, Jonathan served as an IT Support Specialist at Cegedim Rx and gained experience as a Service Desk Analyst at Agilisys. Jonathan also has a background in working as Police Staff for the Police, where Jonathan handled emergency calls and coordinated responses effectively. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design - Moving Image from Lancaster University and a BTEC National Diploma in ICT from Blackburn College.
