Stephen Brady

Stephen Brady is currently working as a Project Manager at Orca since August 2023. Prior to this, Stephen held various positions at Connect Childcare including Head of Projects and Pre-Sales, Head of Customer Support, Customer Support Manager, and Customer Support Team Leader from September 2014 to August 2023. Before Connect Childcare, Stephen worked as a Customer Service Manager at New Call Telecom Ltd from May 2013 to September 2014. Stephen started their career as a Customer Service Advisor at Express Gifts Ltd in October 2012 and Shop Direct in May 2010. Stephen pursued a Diploma in Music Practice from Blackburn College from 2009 to 2012 after completing their education at Darwen Vale High School in 1998.
