Leslie Wolfe is an experienced professional in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as CMC at Orca Bio since March 2024. Previously, Leslie held various leadership roles at Generation Bio, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of CMC, where responsibilities included managing a team of over 30 scientists in the development and scale-up of a novel DNA gene therapy product. Prior experience also includes consulting roles at Biologics Consulting and bluebird bio, along with a significant tenure at Genzyme, where Leslie served as Vice President of Technology Development for Cellular Therapies.
