Tom Theiss

Tom Theiss is a Market Access Leader with extensive experience in payer account management and trade relations. They have led teams at Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals from 2014 to 2025, serving as Head of Payer Account Management, while also holding various director-level positions. Prior to Ipsen, Tom worked at Mylan Specialty as Director of Trade Relations and Senior National Accounts Manager, establishing and nurturing key relationships within the healthcare system. Currently, Tom serves as Payer Account Director at Orca Bio, having transitioned into this role in 2025. Tom earned an MBA from Queens University of Charlotte and a B.A. in Interpersonal Communications from The Ohio State University.
