Michael Wingrove has extensive experience in technical support and engineering roles, currently serving as the US Support Team Leader and Sr. Support Engineer at Orca Security since April 2022. Prior to this, Michael held various positions at Viewpoint from September 2015 to April 2022, including Team Lead for Cloud Support where responsibilities included overseeing a six-person team, managing case escalations, and advising on technologies such as Microsoft Azure and MS SQL. Earlier experience includes roles at Routeware, Inc. as a Sustainability Engineer and Support Technician, and at Resource One, Inc. as a Help Desk Level II specialist. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business.
