Steve Barr

Steve Barr has over 25 years of work experience in the field of information security and sales. Steve is currently working as the Regional Vice President of Sales - Central at Orca Security since May 2023. Previously, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Illumio from June 2021 to May 2023 and as a Public Cloud Security Sales Manager at Palo Alto Networks from January 2019 to July 2021. Before that, they held the role of Sr. Client Manager at Optiv Inc, an information security solution provider, from April 2016 to January 2019. Prior to that, Steve worked as a Security Account Manager at Cisco from January 2012 to April 2016 and as a Regional Sales Manager at Sourcefire from January 2012 to October 2013. Steve also has experience working as a Security Specialist at IBM Internet Security Systems from March 2004 to January 2012. Steve's early career includes roles as an Account Executive at Altiris from 2002 to 2004 and as an Account Executive at Enterasys Networks from December 1996 to 2002.
