Michael Soliman

Director of Test Engineering at Orca Systems

Michael Soliman has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2006, they worked as an EDA Public Affairs Specialist at the U.S. Department of Commerce. From 2007 to 2012, they held the position of Staff II Test Development Engineer at Broadcom, where they were responsible for leading test engineering projects and developing test strategies and plans. From 2012 to 2019, they served as a Senior Staff Test Development Engineer at MaxLinear, collaborating with design and RFIC teams and taking charge of test hardware design. In 2019, they joined NXP Semiconductors as a Principal Test Development Engineer until 2020. In 2021, they became a Graduate Teaching Assistant at USC Marshall School of Business. Michael also worked at Morse Micro in 2021 as the Head of Operations and as Principal Test Engineer. In 2022, they held the position of Senior Manager of Test Development Engineering at Synaptics Incorporated and later became the Director of Test Engineering at Orca Systems, Inc. In the same year, they also served as the President of the Soleil Homeowners Association. Additionally, in 2022, they became the VP of Academics (MGSA.PM) at USC Marshall School of Business.

Michael Soliman completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Engineering from UC Irvine in the years 2003 to 2007. Michael then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern California from 2020 to 2023.
