Melissa Smith

Melissa Smith began their work experience in 2009 as the Director of Operations at Red Wagon Properties, a position they held until 2018. In 2018, they joined Orchard as the Market Manager, where they worked until September 2021. Melissa then transitioned to the role of Program Manager at Orchard, which they currently hold.

Melissa Smith obtained their Bachelor's degree in Geology/Earth Science, General from The University of Texas at San Antonio, where they studied from 2001 to 2007. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also earned various certifications in the real estate field. Melissa obtained their Real Estate Broker license from the Texas Real Estate Commission in April 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Certified Property Manager certification from the Texas Association of REALTORS® in November 2015. Melissa also holds Real Estate Licenses from the Texas REALTORS® acquired in May 2013.
